Hi, I’m Sharon.
As a therapist, my focus is on helping you tap into your body’s innate ability to heal. I believe in the power of natural healing and love supporting my clients on their unique journeys towards balance and well-being. Through Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Remedial Massage and Relaxation Massage, I’m here to support your body’s natural processes and help you find harmony in both body and mind. My role is to guide and support while your body does the healing.
After 30 years in bookkeeping, I felt a calling to discover a path more aligned with my heart. In 2022, my journey began with a spiritual awakening that led me to Reiki. I went on to complete my Level 2 Practitioner certification. As I started my Reiki practice, I was guided to Bowen Therapy — a modality I first experienced in 2021 and immediately knew I wanted to learn. Though fear of failure held me back at first, I took the leap in 2023 and became a certified Bowen Therapist. It’s been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life.
That experience awakened something deep within me — a fascination with the body’s ability to restore and rebalance itself. Wanting to understand more and be of greater service, I enrolled in a Diploma of Remedial Massage. Completing this training further enriched my skills and gave me the confidence to support clients not just emotionally and energetically, but also structurally and functionally through evidence-based bodywork.
Beyond my work, I’m passionate about staying active, continuing my education in health and wellness, and finding ways to give back to the community. I’m a nature lover at heart and deeply devoted to my family — my husband, our two wonderful daughters, and our two fun-loving dogs bring endless joy to our beautiful property in Long Beach. The story of how we came to own this land — twice! — is a testament to my belief in trusting God’s plan and embracing where life leads us.
