Hi, I’m Sharon.
As a therapist, my focus is on helping you tap into your body’s innate ability to heal. I believe in the power of natural healing and love supporting my clients on their unique journeys towards balance and well-being. Through Bowen Therapy, Reiki and Relaxation Massage, I’m here to facilitate your body’s natural processes, helping you find harmony in both body and mind. My role is to guide and support, while your body does the healing.
After 30 years in bookkeeping, I felt a calling to discover a path more aligned with my heart. In 2022, my journey began with a spiritual awakening that led me to Reiki, completing my Level 2 Practitioner certification. As I started my Reiki practice, I was guided to Bowen Therapy - a modality I first experienced in 2021 and immediately knew I wanted to learn. Though fear of failure held me back initially, I took the leap in 2023, becoming a certified Bowen Therapist, and it has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life.
Inspired by the human body’s remarkable ability to heal itself naturally, I embarked on a Diploma of Remedial Massage, which I am set to complete in 2025. Having trained in Relaxation Massage as part of my studies, I’m excited to offer this alongside Bowen Therapy and Reiki as I continue to support my clients holistically.
Beyond my work, I’m passionate about staying active, continuing my education in health and wellness and giving back as a volunteer with the NSW RFS. I’m a nature lover at heart and deeply devoted to my family. My husband, our two wonderful daughters and our two fun-loving dogs bring endless joy to our beautiful property in Long Beach. The story of how we came to own this land - twice! - is a testament to my belief in trusting God’s plan and embracing where life leads us.
